According to the victim, he was traveling eastbound on Roscoe Boulevard and he
stopped at the intersection of Orion, when another vehicle traveling on the same
direction, suddenly rear-ended his vehicle, sending it forward and hitting the
vehicle in front of him.

After the incident, the accident victim complained of pain in his head, left
shoulder, neck, and upper and lower back. He was taken to a hospital where he was
